Cruihunt's story started before the pandemic, with our team hosting events in Guadalajara to draw Silicon Valley's attention to Mexico. As COVID hit, we adapted to the virtual world, uncovering the power of remote work.

When a U.S. company sought our help, we didn't just recruit; we built and scaled a 40-person team across four departments, staying under budget and ensuring job security. We realized that many U.S. companies need access to the untapped talent in Mexico. That’s when Cruihunt was born. We're committed to helping U.S. businesses scale faster, cheaper, and more efficiently. But our mission goes beyond that—we aim to advance careers, respect local legal frameworks, and attract investment to our city.
