Hire Remote Recruiters in Mexico

Embedded recruiters who work in your ATS, under your process and brand, employed full-time in Mexico.

Cruithunt places full-time recruiters in Mexico who work inside your ATS and process rather than running a separate vendor methodology. They are formally employed locally, and Cruithunt handles payroll, benefits, and compliance.

    What these recruiters do

    • Full-desk recruiting within a defined vertical
    • Candidate screening against your qualification bar
    • Submission preparation and hiring manager coordination
    • Pipeline reporting and ATS discipline
    • Interview scheduling and candidate communication

    Embedded, not outsourced

Your process is the product. Embedded recruiters use your systems, your qualification standards, and your brand in candidate conversations. That keeps quality control where it belongs while adding capacity at a lower cost per seat than a domestic hire.

    Frequently asked questions

Will the recruiter use our ATS?

Yes. Embedded recruiters work in your systems and follow your process.

Can we start with one seat?

Yes. Most firms start with a small number of seats and a defined trial period before scaling.

Do they speak with candidates directly?

Yes, under your brand and your standards, in English or Spanish depending on the desk.

How long does it take to hire in Mexico?

Most searches run four to six weeks from kickoff to start date. Role scoping takes two to three days, sourcing and vetting take two to three weeks, client interviews take about a week, and the offer, contract, and onboarding take five to ten business days. Roles with common profiles, such as bilingual support, can move faster. Senior or highly specialized roles can take longer.

What documents are needed to hire someone in Mexico?

The employee provides a CURP, an RFC tax identification number, an official photo ID such as a passport or INE card, an IMSS social security number, proof of address, and bank details for payroll. Cruithunt issues the written employment contract in Spanish, registers the employee with IMSS and INFONAVIT, and files the required tax withholdings. Your company does not need a Mexican entity or any local registration because Cruithunt is the legal employer.

    Who signs the employment contract?

Cruithunt does. We are the legal employer of record in Mexico and hold the local contract, payroll, statutory benefits, and compliance obligations. You direct the day to day work and manage the person as part of your team.

What happens if the hire does not work out?

We replace the seat. Termination, severance, and any statutory obligations are handled by Cruithunt as the employer, and we restart the search at no additional placement cost within the guarantee period agreed at the start of the engagement.
